I just purchased this product. I love it. My old garden hose was heavy, awkward and difficult to maneuver. It didn't recoil as seen on TV but maybe the second time will be the charm.
OK, like many of you the first hose I got, well actually I bought 4 of them and the first season two of them failed rit toward fall. I drained and dried the other two and notified Bulbhead and they sent me two longer replacements that were also improved in design, leaving me very pleased. Well, a second year went by and again at the end of the season I had a few casualties and again notified Bulbhead and AGAIN they sent replacements for the three failures, again longer and improved quality compared to my original purchase.
I have to say I have been skeptical about some of the items I see on tv but if I see BulbHead has their name behind it, I will know it's a product I can trust. I don't work for them and they're not giving me anything to write this review, it's straight from my heart, there aren't a lot of businesses that stand behind the "lifetime" part of warranty claims! This was the best investment in garden hose I ever made, even if I give up trading in right now! And the latest version looks to be a LOT BETTER! -
