This supplement tastes good. I actually make it more diluted than usual, as I dislike strong-tasting drinks. I would never use 2-3 packets a bottle, which is suggested. One worked fine for me. Some might find it watery, but again I like that it was. For me, it was not watery in one 16 oz bottle at all, but taste is relative too. You can always add an extra squirt of Mio or similar if you find it watery, but of course that defies the point for an expensive drink!

the variety pack is the one i'd choose next time i buy- because the different flavors are both delicious and useful for different heath reasons, so it pays to have different flavors hands for a delicious daily fix!

I prefer natural drinks that are caffeine-free. I myself am sensitive to caffeine but I also know that caffeine is a diuretic which means it can make you urinate, which is a way for one to become more dehydrated, thus defeating the purpose of hydration. I’m probably one of the only doctors I know that does not drink coffee.
