I got these in hope that they'll soothe muscle recovery by reducing some muscle soreness. So far, it has certainly done so, but damn are the pills huge. While I can still swallow them because I'm not a bitch, they're still the largest pill I take out of the nearly dozen various supplements I take. I lift weights at the gym with the goal to increase upper body muscle mass.
